Meet a delivery partner making Amazon Flex a family affair

Joseph has worked in the healthcare industry for 28 years. He was looking for a way to earn extra money to pay for his upcoming wedding when his future stepson told him about Amazon Flex. Joseph knew it was exactly what he needed to make his wedding and family goals a reality.

“I kept wondering how I was going to pay for the wedding,” Joseph said. “When I heard about Amazon Flex, I knew I could do it.”

Joseph used the flexibility of Amazon Flex to schedule blocks around his work at the hospital. He scheduled more blocks some weeks than others based on his availability and how much he wanted to earn.

Joseph and his wife, Connie, celebrated their wedding in the spring of 2022. They have paid it off in full.

“It was all worth it,” Joseph said. “I pretty much paid for the whole wedding through Amazon Flex. I’m pretty proud of myself.”

Joseph continues to deliver with Amazon Flex, and Connie became a delivery partner too. Now they’re working toward new family goals together.
