Amazon Flex requirements

Be 21 or older

Verify your age to begin delivering.

Eligible vehicle

These include 4-door sedans, SUVs, vans, or trucks with covered beds. Smaller cars and open-bed trucks are ineligible.

Eligible location

You must be based in an area where Amazon Flex operates.

Driver’s license

You must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and a Social Security number.

Auto insurance

Your insurance must meet local requirements. Amazon Flex provides free commercial insurance in most states.

Smartphone

You need a compatible Android or iPhone—check the FAQ.

Bank account

You receive your earnings through direct deposit, so a checking or savings account is required.
