Prime Day means more opportunities for Amazon Flex delivery partners like you to earn. Prime Day 2023 is an epic retail event that runs from July 11-12 in the US. As Amazon customers take advantage of amazing deals, typically you’ll find more blocks and instant offers available throughout that week. Check the Amazon Flex app frequently for earning opportunities that fit your schedule and your goals, and learn about the different ways to earn in this guide to Amazon Flex offers.

Here are a few additional resources and reminders to help you deliver and earn with confidence this Prime Day and beyond:

Safety

You’re in the driver’s seat when delivering with Amazon Flex, and your safety is our priority. You should never make a delivery if you feel unsafe. If you arrive at a delivery location and don’t feel safe, you can use the Amazon Flex app to either contact Support or tap the “Emergency Help” button. Your Standing will not be impacted for reporting a safety concern or incident.

Learning resources

Refresh your delivery skills with helpful articles and videos in the Learning Portal in the Amazon Flex app. You’ll find resources on safety, pickup locations, delivery processes, and much more.

Delivery suggestions

Here are a few suggestions from your fellow delivery partners. You can find more on the “Standings Details” screen in your Amazon Flex app and in this Advice from top Amazon Flex delivery partners blog post.

  • “At every apartment complex, mobile home park, and large complex, see the leasing office for a map of the facility and find out if a fob/key is required to work elevators or secured doors. Take a photo of stationary maps as well.” – Fidel from California
  • “I always carry a really bright flashlight since I deliver mostly at night and sometimes you can't see the house address. Plus, it helps to light up the walkway to a dark house or apartment.” – Aimee from Kansas
  • “Even when it looks as if a customer isn't home, I still knock/ring bell if not instructed to do something else, and clearly say ‘Amazon,’ so if someone is home they can be aware their package has arrived.” – Valerie from Missouri
  • “Having a cart with you allows you to make one trip to the drop-off area in most cases. It also frees up your hands!” – Beatrice from Indiana
