For a limited time, qualifying Amazon Flex delivery partners in the US can get up to six months of Amazon Prime membership through Amazon Flex Rewards.¹

Prime members enjoy fast free delivery, easy returns, award-winning movies and TV shows, and exclusive deals. Now, Prime is available to qualifying delivery partners who reach Rewards Level 3 or Rewards Level 4 during the April to June Rewards earning period. Earn 3,000 points to unlock Rewards Level 3 and get three months of Prime, or earn 6,500 points to unlock Rewards Level 4 and get six months of Prime. The Prime reward can be earned during this three-month earning period in addition to existing rewards within these levels. How do I find my Rewards level?

You can check your Rewards level any time in the Amazon Flex app by visiting “Your Dashboard” > “Rewards Details.” You can also track your points by tapping “Points History” on the “Rewards Details” page. Points update within 72 hours of completing a block.

How do I earn Amazon Flex Rewards points and unlock higher Rewards levels?

With Amazon Flex Rewards, you earn points with every delivery, and you can earn them more quickly when you deliver with higher quality and reliability.

How do I redeem my promotional Prime membership?

Between July 1 and July 7, all qualifying delivery partners will receive an email with a link and instructions to redeem their promotional Prime membership. Qualifying delivery partners have 90 days to redeem the offer from the time the email was sent.

Can I redeem a promotional Prime membership if I’m already a Prime member?

Yes. If you’re already a Prime member, this promotion can be applied to your existing plan. The promotional Prime membership period will start instantly when you redeem the reward, with any remaining time left on your existing plan continuing after the promotional period ends. For example, you may have purchased an annual Prime membership on January 1, 2023, and you qualify for six months of Prime through the Rewards promotion. If you activate your promotional Prime membership on July 1, 2023, it will start on that day and be in place through December 31, 2023. The remaining six months from your existing Prime membership would then continue from January 1, 2024.
